What payment methods do you accept?
Niche Classic Parts does not directly process payments. You arrange payment with sellers directly. We recommend using secure, traceable payment methods such as bank transfers, PayPal, or credit cards. Never wire money to unfamiliar sellers without verifying their legitimacy first.
Buying parts
How do I know if a part will fit my vehicle?
Each listing includes detailed fitment information, including the vehicle make, model, and years that the part is compatible with. Contact the seller with any specific questions about fitment. Our Trust and safety page provides additional guidance on verifying compatibility.
How do I contact a seller about a part?
Click "Contact seller" on the listing page. Enter your message with any questions, and the seller will receive your inquiry via email. Sellers typically respond within 24 hours. Be specific about your vehicle and questions to get the most helpful response.
What should I do if the part I received is damaged or not as described?
Contact the seller immediately with photos and details of the issue. Most sellers are willing to work out a resolution such as a refund or replacement. If the seller is unresponsive, our customer support team can help mediate disputes.
How long does shipping typically take?
Shipping times depend on the seller's location and the shipping method chosen. Most sellers ship within 2-3 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Track your package using the tracking number provided by the seller.
Can I return a part if I change my mind?

How do I set the price for my part?
Research similar parts on our marketplace to determine fair market pricing. Consider the condition, rarity, and demand for your specific part. Overpriced parts may not attract buyers, while underpriced parts leave money on the table. You can adjust your price at any time.
How do I handle payment from buyers?

How do I ship parts safely?
